The holding is a gift voucher for a 2 hour in-home postpartum visit and includes:
Womb massage + belly wrapping
A grounding abdominal massage to soothe, restore, and call her energy back home to herself. Followed by gentle bengkung belly binding — a traditional practice to support healing, containment, and rest. (Wrap provided on loan.)Guided heart ritual
A nurturing meditation woven through the massage — gently guiding her inward to meet herself with compassion. Together we honour her birth experience, acknowledge what’s rising in this moment, and tend to what she most needs.
This is a sacred pause to feel, release, remember, and begin again. And plants a seed of a daily self honouring and devotion practice.Nourishing food & drink
Hand-prepared and delivered with love:1 warming, savoury postpartum meal
1 grounding, sweet postpartum treat
1 herbal infusion or nourishing tonic
