Mumma’s Yoga is a gentle, nourishing space for you to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself ~ while your little one plays freely nearby.
Held in my home, the space is a true kiddie haven: think trampoline, sandpit, toys, and creative play. All designed so you can soften into self-care without the stress of childcare. I know how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself with a little one always by your side, which is why I’ve created this space where both your needs can co-exist.

A class specifically designed to soothe and support your body as a mother
Breathwork, pelvic floor connection, strength, deep rest and grounding
A chance to return to yourself, without needing to organise childcare
When: Thursdays at 10:00am
Where: 11 Kingfisher Lane, Mullumbimby
Who: Open to all mothers.
Investment: $30 per single class OR $125 for a 5-class pass (valid for 10 weeks)
