MumClub
A monthly circle for mothers who are longing for
connection, support, and a place to simply be held.
Dear beautiful mama,
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or just longing for a space where you don’t have to hold it all together—this is for you.
MumClub is a monthly in-person circle for mothers who want more than surface-level catch-ups.
It’s for the mother who craves something slower, deeper, and real.
It’s for the ones who want to be witnessed in their truth, and to remember that they are not alone.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to be in a good mood.
You don’t even need to have showered.
Just come. Just show up for yourself.
We sit. We share. We listen. We remember ourselves.
Because modern motherhood is beautiful
— but bloody hard at times.
And we were never meant to do it alone.
Mothers are the heart of the home. And when a mother is held, seen, and supported—her whole family feels it.
MumClub offers the kind of support that your soul has been craving:
A space where your tears, your joy, your grief, and your truth are welcome.
A circle of women who understand the intensity of being needed all the time.
A place to exhale.
A monthly rhythm that fills your cup without asking too much of you.
And yes — your child is welcome here. If you need to bring your little one, know that this space has been created with mothers in mind.
Come exactly as you are.
Why MumClub?
You feel emotionally stretched but deeply desire more connection.
You’re navigating the identity shifts of motherhood and want to feel more you again.
You long to be in community with other mums without comparison or competition.
You want to feel seen, held, and reminded of your worth.
You are ready to say yes to your own support.
MumClub is for you if…
Each month, we gather in my home in Mullumbimby.
The space is soft.
The kettle is on.
You arrive as you are, with your child/ren in tow.
A few play space options will be set up for the kids, or they are welcome to sit with us in circle.
We begin with grounding. A short meditation, breath, or gentle check-in.
Then we move into sharing—each woman has space to speak and be heard, with no fixing, no advice, no judgement.
We close with connection— a simple ritual to come full circle within ourselves so we leave felling complete.
It’s simple. It’s sacred. It’s enough.
Between gatherings, a private WhatsApp group will gently hold us in connection—offering a place to share resources, ask questions, and receive support from the circle throughout the month. It’s also where I’ll share any updates or reminders.

FAQs

Yes! It is Mumclub after all! All of us are doing our best to juggle the needs of ourselves, our kidlets and our family as a whole. And I get many of you will have your little ones nearby or on the boob for circle. However you show up is perfect. I will set up small play spaces in my home to hopefully create some occupation for your kids so they can happily play while you sit in circle.
-
I will open up each circle by guiding you through a practice to connect to yourself and your heart space. From there everyone in the circle will be invited to share what is on their heart. Each session includes time for sharing, listening, and being witnessed in a safe, private space.
-
Yes, your commitment to showing up each month is important—not just for yourself but for the collective energy and potency of the circle.
-
Yes. A private WhatsApp group will be created for our circle. It offers a gentle thread of connection between gatherings—a space to share resources, reflections, ask questions, and offer support. It’s also where I’ll post any updates or reminders. Think of it as an extension of the circle, held with the same care and intention.

I get it, opening up in this way to yourself and to others can feel stretchy. If you feel nervous to share, you may pass the talking stick along to the next woman until you are comfortable to share. You’ll find that after listening to a few women share there will be common themes within us that will allow you to feel brave to share your heart. I will also be sharing each circle to help open the space.

There are no recordings of sessions to protect privacy, so missed sessions cannot be revisited. Your presence is essential to the group, so I really encourage you to prioritize attending. And honestly, I trust you will love it so much you will let nothing get in the way of you showing up for yourself in this way. You feel so fucken good after sitting in circle! In the local circle I attend each month, I move heaven and earth to make sure I can go , it’s honestly the highlight of my month and I let nothing get in the way of it.

MumClub is designed to plant the seed. My hope is that by the end of our 6 months together, a deep bond will have formed between you and the other women. That you’ll feel so nourished, safe, and connected that continuing to gather becomes second nature—whether under the full moon, around a kitchen table, or wherever life leads you.
This is how my own women’s circle began, and years later, they are still my closest soul sisters. I’ll hold the space to begin… and from there, it becomes yours to carry forward, in whatever way feels true.
