Mumma’s Yoga

Mumma’s Yoga is a gentle, nourishing space for you to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself ~ while your little one plays freely nearby.

Held in my home, the space is a true kiddie haven: think trampoline, sandpit, toys, and creative play. All designed so you can soften into self-care without the stress of childcare. I know how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself with a little one always by your side, which is why I’ve created this space where both your needs can co-exist.

A space for you to return to yourself AND a safe, playful space for your child to be.

I know last minute hiccups happen often in motherhood. This is what I have landed on that honours both my time and energy, and the nature of motherhood.

  • My home is very child friendly. I have a 9,7 and 3 year old.

During Mumma’s yoga I set up a playspace inside next to where the mumma’s practice for those who want to be close to mumma.
There is also an entire playroom nearby for kids who like to explore.
There’s also a very exciting backyard with balls, a sandpit, trampoline, trucks and balance bikes.

  • I trust each mother to use her discernment when it comes to their child’s health.

Sniffly, snotty, or coughing kids are welcome — I understand that these symptoms can linger for weeks or months, and are a normal part of early childhood.

I do ask that if your child is acutely unwell or contagious (e.g. fever, vomiting, or anything that spreads easily), you please stay home and rest. Your honesty helps keep this a safe and respectful space for everyone.

  • BYO mat and water bottle.
And ofcourse if your child has a favourite toy that will help settle him in that is welcome.
Snacks for the kids are also welcome, they can be eaten at the table.

  • Passes are valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase.
So this is still a really great option for those who want to commit to doing something for themselves regularly, even if it’s only once every two weeks.

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable between people.

It is your responsibility to book your classes within the pass timeframe.

It’s a gentle mix of hatha and vinyasa style yoga.
